TrufflesOur only product is the exclusive fresh Perigord black winter (a.k.a. black diamond) truffles. Our harvest season is from mid-December through the end of Februaury. But during our summer we import them fresh from a virgin Australian truffière (it's winter there) through about the middle of August. They are harvested to order and are put on the plane the next day (VERY, VERY fresh, much more so than you typically get from American distributors of European truffles).
How much would you like? We only import the top grades of "Extra" [almost perfectly shaped] and "Category 1" [larger than Extra, but a few more clefts and sometimes trimmed a bit -- bouquet and aroma and other culinary attributes are identical to the Extra]. The price is $80 per ounce for either.
